Historical data shows there is a high chance that the U.S. stock market may record a return of 20% or more this year after the three major indexes closed 2022 with their worst annual losses since 2008, according to Fundstrat Global Advisors.

We can only hope so!!!!!

I hope so it would be nice. Lot of conflicting opinions out there on the future of the market but that is nothing new.

Vito’s mom climbed up and down 15 steps today, twice. The therapist was really impressed.

My wife and I have made the decision to look for a different home. We are currently looking at a smaller sized home but one that is a bit newer than our current home. We hope to move to a community that is much smaller than our current City. To be perfectly honest our City has taken on growth from the Toronto region that is 2 hours away from us, and I can only describe that as being a very negative change for our area. We don't like the change that has occurred and we want to get away from it to a smaller community. Buying and selling homes in this current market is a bit of a crap shoot, but we will see where the ride takes us.

We have lived in our home for 20 years, it is a 1,900 square foot backsplit home that has been completely upgraded inside and outside. We love our home, but it is time for a change. My wife suffers from a few different ailments and she takes care of the entire home , including the lawns and gardens. She has come to the realization that we need a smaller lot and home and less work to maintain. I hope it all works out as planned.

Yes we have been searching areas outside of our current city for a number of months. The entire region went through a crazy frenzy with pricing about 12 months ago , we stopped looking back then waiting for market conditions to settle down.

We live in London Ontario, Canada, we are about 2 hours from Toronto, and 2 hours from Buffalo, and 2 hours from Detroit, and 1 hour from Port Huron MI. Our city has a population of about 400,000 people now, I have lived here for 55 years. We are looking at a smaller community called St Thomas Ontario, population is maybe 25,000 people. It is about a 15 minute drive from where we currently live. It is further south of my current city and closer towards Lake Erie , one of the Great Lakes.
