Ha ha, Hagerstown. Some good memories, some not so good. Donna went underwater swimming in the pool and blow out the graft they had done 5 years before for a hole in her ear drum. (Ops, this is the good news thread) Good news the second operation worked out.

You and Rick put away a "few" Yuengling Black and Tan. Fun weekend!

Good on you both for remembering all that. Me, no clue. I just searched my external drive for "Lainey Dave" and found it. I would love to drive back for one more Vintage meet with a bunch of my favorite people showing up. I'm not hopeful of that ever happening, though. Bunch of of old farts.

Ha ha, how do you think I feel . . . I looked old then and that was 9 years ago. And people use to tell me I looked young for my age. You can't turn the clock back but as long as its still working there is always a chance history can repeat itself. Yep, it would be great fun to do it again. Stay tuned...

Had lunch today with my local grandson, who is home for a few days from college (Susquehanna University) where he will be graduating in December. He happily informed us that he has accepted a job upon graduation with Grant-Thornton, which I understand is a pretty prestigious financial firm. He will be working in Deb’s neighborhood, Rosslyn, VA, in analytics. It helps that one of the partners there is an alumnus, I suppose. We, as well as his parents, are very proud of him.

Finance. Grant-Thornton is an international financial/consulting firm. He will graduate in 3 1/2 years despite the Coronavirus restrictions.

Give him my info if he wants to get in touch. PM me if needed. Rosslyn/Arlington Co is attracting more major international firms as well as national ones. It is a prime location for business.

I'm a grandmother as of this morning! Baby boy, Julian, 6 lb. 3 oz. I'll share photos when I have permission.

Oh, and October 26th was my mom's birthday and her dad's birthday.

My son was born on his great-grandfathers' birthday. Aug 8th.
