I picked up a 2021 calendar at the hardware store last week so that is a good sign for the future.

I was going to go out yesterday with the top down but the wife told me to put a shirt on!

Uh huh. Hardware store calendar. Does it have pictures? If it does, I'm guessing it's not tools.

Good news. I pretty much wrapped up (pun not intended) my little fund raiser by delivering presents today to the families displaced by fire on Thanksgiving Day. They are still in a hotel but they will have a tree and the kids wanted to see presents under the tree. Santa's Elves came out of the woodwork to help. I was amazed by the assistance and the donations received. There is still kindness in this world. I got way more than I gave with this little project. It was eye opening, humbling and a fun project. Santa's sleigh was full.

This is Good News to me as I was a big fan of Pete Buttigieg in the debates. Biden plans to name Mayor Pete to be his secretary of transportation per NPR. Buttigieg would be the first openly LGBTQ person to be nominated for a permanent Cabinet position. As head of the Department of Transportation, Buttigieg would oversee an agency of some 53,000 employees, with oversight of the nation's airline industry, along with railroads, commercial trucking, mass transit and pipelines.

Modes, please delete if you feel this is too political.

I was thinking that it was good news along the lines of someone made a calendar so there is hope out there that the world isn't going to end.

Well, I got that one wrong. I bought two calendars online last month so I knew next year had to happen. Mine are WOLVES and SECRET GARDEN.

I like Pete as well. I just hope the nomination can get through the Senate. He seems like a very honest, hard working, and clear thinking person. So his future in government may be somewhat limited.

I got a new calendar from my farming co-op. So much alluring content. That harvester on the February page is just...*drool*
