Macon is on I-75 on your way up about 100 miles north of the state line; couldn't be any easier. Alpharetta is just northeast of Atlanta and wouldn't be that far out of the way.

If you want to hit all three, go over to I-95 and go to Savannah, then take I-16 to Macon, and I-75 to Atlanta. I think it's US 19 to Alpharetta from there.
