Under the current sponsor policies a Diamond and Platinum Sponsor is allowed to advertise in forums outside the Marketplace. With the exception being in local/regional forums which are controlled by the local community organizers. Gold Sponsors are only allowed to advertise in the Marketplace. This will all probably change once cthree goes to the new rules in a month or so.
