Rick grew some astors this year. They are doing well. Just took some pics....stay tuned, I'll try to post them later.

This is something new to our garden. A canna lily. My employer gave me the root or whatever it was called. It's growing like crazy. Hope to have nice flowers on it soon.

Here are some pics of the astors. Kind of a cool flower.

I'm using the feeder jar on a hose, with Miracle-Gro, on my front and back "yards" this morning. It seems to really help.

Thanks Patty. I liked the pink flowers with the out of focus purple flowers, but I either got too close for the lens, or had a bit of camera shake as in the larger view it's a bit blurred.

Our plants that are in pots with the Miracle Grow potting soil are HUGE compared to the same plants that are in the ground. The ones in the ground have been fertilized, but using their soil makes a HUGE difference. It's good stuff!
