well the shoulder is working much better now. shifting isn't an act of agony.

Refresh my memory. Did you end up having surgery, or did PT, shots or time do the trick?

cortisone and PT and lots of cortisone. 4 shots worth.
first doc, only option was surgery.
second doc, you don't need surgery.
