Well they could have punted or put in the second string to give them some desperately needed experience...but they didn't.
Yes, but instead Belichick gave the first string a first and goal expereince that may have helped a bit last night. Don't make me look up old Steeler scores.

Ummm, I could say the exact same thing about you...you're letting your pro-Pats bias overshadow reality and really reaching with the experience thing on 4th down thing - that's what practice is for....

If you watch any other team, when they have a commanding lead, they pull their starters and who do they put in? The second string. This happens in just about every sport.

Please don't try to compare the game vs the Ravens or the Colts with the Bills game. They buried the Bills, not so with the Colts or the Ravens.
Actually, the Pats did put in the second string in the Bills game.

I think you should look up old Steeler scores and when they pulled the first string out.

Do you really think that having a 4th down experience against a team that you have throughly beaten is going to give you this experience that you are looking for? I don't, you gain that experience in games like last nights vs the Ravens....not in a game that you have throughly dominated.

Wow, what an unbelievable win by the Cowboys this afternoon! They literally pulled a victory out of the jaws of defeat today. I thought for sure, they would end up losing this one. They were losing throughout the entire game but pulled it out with less than 20 seconds to go. Unbelievable! Go Cowboys!

Bill - Congrats on the win. Brady showed why he is the best QB in the legal.

He made the Steeler defense look very bad and made Smith pay for opening his big mouth.

Hope we can get payback in the post season. Reverse of the '04 season hopefully in '07.
