Nice...I used to buy from them a lot, then they opened a store near me which was great. I got mad when they closed it, though, and showed my irritation by not buying from them anymore. They do have good stuff. Not cheap, but good.

First off, if it was not for PB&J and bacon (my two #1 sandwiches) I would not have made it through HS. As for how you make a PB&J. In my house you get your knuckles wrapped if you dare to go into both with the same utensil. I didn't know better till I got married but I have seen the light.
In fairness, I think the squeeze bottle for J came after I graduated HS. Actually, looked it up, it was RIGHT AFTER I graduated HS.

I used to have pb and fluff sandwiches just about everyday for my school lunch, my Mom called them fluffanutters. I think marshmallow fluff was an east coast thing. Speaking of regional foods/snacks Necco is making a comeback after a 2 year absence. Necco stands for New England Confectionary Company and they are famous for making necco wafers and also the little candy hearts you see around valentine's day

I use honey in my herbal tea.
Tonight we are having my famous Greek farro salad and roast chicken. Yum...I have been promoting farro. It is a high fiber, high protein grain similar to barley.

The +1 made a commissary run today. For some reason he could not get grits. Seemed strange. But I will go to the local grocery store and see if they have any. I do like grits when I make eggs and bacon/sausage crumbles for breakfast.

Makes me think of Flo from the old t.v. show Alice she always said 'kiss my grits!'
