My sister sent me a recipe for Chinese style pork. It's marinating today and we're gonna have it tomorrow. She's been raving about it for a while..

Now - next up is a question. I had PB&J for lunch. Yes, PB&J.

I use the back of a tablespoon to get the PB out of the jar and spread it, then spread the J after squeezing it from the bottle. Cindy questions my utensil choice, saying a knife is the correct choice. Your thoughts? I'm thinking that because I worked in a family restaurant for a bit, I use the tablespoon for more things - kind of like a butter spreader in the restaurant.

Unless you start with a frozen piece of bread the knife is going to shread the bread so the back of the spoon sounds like a good idea. That's how they put sauce on pizza the back of a ladle.

Do you guys eat your salad last ? My wife is Portuguese and they always serve their salad first, not the way I ever did it growing up. Many Canadians eat their salad first too. Maybe at a picnic you could jam it all together on one plate, but with multi-course meals we always eat it last.

We always had the salad first I have heard of people having the salad last. At restaraunts I've been to they always served either soup or salad first. Now that I think about it as an adult whenever I make soup for lunch or dinner I eat that first but when I have salad I almost always have it as a side with the meal.

First off, if it was not for PB&J and bacon (my two #1 sandwiches) I would not have made it through HS. As for how you make a PB&J. In my house you get your knuckles wrapped if you dare to go into both with the same utensil. I didn't know better till I got married but I have seen the light.

My pops told me he was sending me a gift for Memorial Day andd that I should be getting it today which I did and it turned out to be a cooler full of stuff from Omaha steaks. I got a few steaks wrapped in bacon, some chicken, hamburger patties,au gratin potato's and a caramel apple desert.

Just like the commercial advertises. It always sounds like a great deal for what you get. Enjoy.
