So I'm always on the lookout for recipes for sauces for chicken breasts. Best I've come up with so far is made by sauteing chopped scallions in a little olive oil, then adding 1c water, 2 tsp chicken base (Better Than Bouillon brand), a tsp of lemon juice and a bit of lemon zest, boil to reduce and add 1oz butter and some capers. Its not bad but I'm sure there are better sauces out there.

Whatchya got?
