^ Did you say you live in Toronto? One of our old Vintage members, matrix, lives there - his name is Marco Larivera. Think he still works for Cisco. Great guy - his wife Denise is cool, too. She worked as a producer for Canadian TV for awhile here in DC, which is where we used to see them. Then went back to Toronto. I think she works for Discovery now, but need to check. It has been awhile.

We had some veggies to use up so we made our peasant veggie dinner recipe tonight.
Boiled potatoes (nice starchy russets), green beans, chick peas, tuna, tossed in olive oil, seasoned with black pepper, salt, parsley, paprika, chives, a splash of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Goes well with some crusty bread and hot peppers. Washed down with a great Kambucha drink we find in our area. Simple and healthy, relatively cheap comfort food, and doesn't take long to prepare.
