Thanks…super simple. My recipe

2 boxes ziti
1 2lb ricotta
1 lb shredded mozzarella
sauce to line the pan then to tast. I’m not a sauce fan, so I don’t use too much
i pack of frozen chopped spinach thawed
some parsley and oregano.
3 eggs

thats it. Mix it all together and bake.

my wife has family visiting from Portugal tomorrow. We made some cannelloni for everyone to eat. We make one version with seasoned ground beef and spinach, and one version with ricotta cheese and spinach.
We buy the shells as they are too hard to make , but we make the stuffing and tomato sauce ourselves. My wife is good at stuffing the smaller sized shells. I help to make the mix, and she stuffs them

Was going to make taco salad later and had some taco seasoning in the cabinet. The best by date is April 2010. What do you think?

^ I wouldn't use it. The other day, my wife threw out a whole bunch of spices and seasonings after checking expiration dates.
