^ Rob and Sue, my wife and I split their house salad which was very good. I had red curry with jasmine rice on the side. My wife had tropical rice. My son got the glass noodle with yellow curry, the noodles are made from mung bean, very very thin and see-through, very glass like that way. I had pot of jasmine tea too.

Oh yeah, the curry has lots of vegetables and almonds in it, for the protein I chose tofu which was mixed in the curry. They give you a lot of jasmine rice on the side too. The house salad had chicken in it and lots of nuts too.

My Mom has a friend who has an olive grove in Greece. Her friend sends my mother a shipment of olives and olive oil every fall after the harvest. She just got delivery of a big metal can of olives and olive oil from her friend, like five gallons of both. They are the best olives around, they are nothing like the olives we get here in any store, they are very unique.. I am having some olives and some old school Italian Crotonese cheese tonight, I love snacking on stuff like this.

I never heard of Crotonese cheese looked it up and it sounds good.
I doctored up a frozen pepperoni pizza that I bought at Aldi’s, came out really good. Added onions and mozzarella to it, baked it in a pizza pan with some olive oil and had some marinara for dipping the crust. Had some of a cookies n crème candy bar for desert.

Oh yeah, it is a cheese from very Southern Italy in Calabria, so better known down there. I think it is a sheep milk or goat milk cheese, they age it quite a bit and it is a bit firmer than others. They sell it in North America if you find a good Italian food store with a deli as the cheese is imported.

We made some rib eye steaks tonight, turned out great, made with some fingerling yellow flesh roasted potatoes and other veggies.
