Nice crust on that pizza Grant. I've never had a white pizza, I just like red sauce too much. That sounds and looks good.

White pizza is really good Joey and there are a lot of different ways to do it. Some are almost like a quiche. We used to make a white pan pizza with eggs which could be tricky as you don’t want the eggs over cooked but u need to cook the pizza itself at a higher temp but when done right it is so good!

Lainey you were talking about prices. I was drinking good pour doubles last night for $4.50! I would have said something was wrong but that's what I was charged the last time we stopped there. I told my wife the utility better get a security deposit because they can not stay in business long giving away drinks like that. Sure she got a very good tip.

I tried white pizza once. I prefer the red but that looked good Grant.

Dave, have you ever had cold red pizza?
In the Rhode Island area they serve a pizza dough with red sauce cold. surprisingly good.

Lainey talked about cravings.

I've been wanting some chart house mud pie.

Pizza strips, I absolutely love those. My Mom used to bring me a big box when she and my Dad would come to visit.

We call it bakery pizza, and it specifically eaten cold, and often good for 1-2 days after baking. I have made it at home, very simple toppings - we use tomato paste, Italian herbs, and parmesan cheese, bit of black pepper and salt. No other toppings, and no other cheese. Some people will make it with anchovies but not for me.
