Who knew?

Robb, fall is full of those great, store up the calories for the long hard winter foods.

Joey, I like all that stuff too. Prefer the cranberry sauce out of a can to the fresh variety. We stopped buying a whole turkey a few years ago and just get a turkey roast at Whole Paycheck.

We are having turkey burgers tonight. Last minute decision since we got tied up with yard work and didn't make it to chili fest today in town.

My wife and I make turkey burgers at home, I really like them as something different from typical beef burgers from time to time.

I like turkey burgers and ground turkey is supposed to be healthier than beef.

That reminds me I have not made my turkey meatballs in awhile. Healthy and tasty.

I'm making ground turkey and sausage Italian style and will have it over penne. Because the turkey isn't as flavorful as beef mixing it with the sausage adds a lot of flavor to it.

I found a case of fresh figs at our local grocer, I could not resist, $12 for about 16 figs, but so worth it
