We had pancakes for breakfast. I picked up some Agave syrup recently and I had them with agave instead of maple syrup today. The agave has a bit less sugar content, I like the taste of it, but it has much less flavour than maple syrup. Both are good, but maple is better. That ends our taste test comparison for today.

Sorry to hear about your sciatica and knee. When I was recovering with my broken leg and couldn't walk I used to use a chair we had with wheels on it in the kitchen and roll from fridge to counter to stove. Wondering if maybe you could do this although it may be tough still with a bad knee.
Last night cooked burgers on the grill and cooked some fresh corn on the cob to go alone. It was delish!!

We were at a B&B last night for my b-day. I had salmon that was nicely prepared with a white wine garlic sauce, they made a really good roasted cauliflower soup for an appetizer that was very tasty.
