We had pancakes for breakfast. I picked up some Agave syrup recently and I had them with agave instead of maple syrup today. The agave has a bit less sugar content, I like the taste of it, but it has much less flavour than maple syrup. Both are good, but maple is better. That ends our taste test comparison for today.

I have a walker here that +1 used to need. I brought it in the house from the garage but it wasn't necessary as the cane worked fine and is less bulkly. I'm doing stretches and pt exercises that are quite helpful. Thank you!!!

Last night cooked burgers on the grill and cooked some fresh corn on the cob to go alone. It was delish!!

Hmmm, someone needs to cook something good and tell us about it. I need some inspiration. I did make a mac and cheese casserole yesterday that was good but I have no idea what today will hold.

I've got some leftovers from work so I don't have to cook today just heat up in the micro.

Went to a local kabob place on Sat for he first time. It was really, really good. Vito had a gyro platter and I had lamb chops.

I cooked salmon on the BBQ, put it on a cedar plank. If you haven't tried it, you should. Perfect.

We were at a B&B last night for my b-day. I had salmon that was nicely prepared with a white wine garlic sauce, they made a really good roasted cauliflower soup for an appetizer that was very tasty.

Ditto…love roasted cauliflower. I always get some at the Lebanese deli. The spices they use are very good.
