Has spaghetti squashed been discussed here?
Rick gave it a go today. Baked it up this AM, removed the "spaghetti" and tonight served it over some shrimp with a scampi type sauce. The jury is out. There isn't much consistency to the "spaghetti" It didn't really work with the scampi sauce. We both think it might have been better with a tomato sauce. We may try it again.
Anyone else?

I like spaghetti squash as a squash dish, I do not like it as a spaghetti dish. It has no resemblance to spaghetti in terms of taste or texture, even if it may look a tiny bit like it. I like it baked with a bit of butter, black pepper, and salt, and served as a side dish, not as a main course.

Same opinion from me as others on the spaghetti squash Lainey. Another substitute along the lines of squash over spaghetti is mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potato's. I've had this and it's very good.

We haven't had tacos for a long time, my wife and I were just talking about making tacos in the next few days. I prefer the taste of hard shell tacos , but the soft shell are easier to eat. I like to coat a soft shell with refried beans, then wrap it over a hard (corn) shell , best of both worlds, easy to eat and tastes great, the refried beans add a nice touch and act like a glue between the two shells - I like them. We keep the ingredients simple, ground beef, seasoning, lettuce , tomato, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocado. I like cilantro and jalapeno peppers too.
