After driving the last 846k miles in Honda/Acura products..... they just didn't have anything that interested me.

03 RSX-S 293k
94 Integra LS 249k
87 Integra RS 187k
00 S2000 117k (still have this fun guy!)

Hopefully the Genesis will last a longggg time!

That's the tricky part. Please let us know how it holds up. My wife and I had a couple of Hyundais back in their early years. You really wanted to trade them in around 60K miles. I'm sure they are a lot better now.

So.....

Last Friday went out and test drove a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T and a 3.8 version.....

Monday night.... Kathy and I went back to the dealership and bought the 3.8 coupe track version.....

Now I don't get my teeth rattled going to work..... can go 0-60 in 5 seconds (need that to pass people! ).....

Hope this car last like the Integras (2), RSX and S2000 have lasted!
Congrats on the new purchase! Purchased the 3.8 Track in February.

Were you able to get a 2013 or a 2012?

Seems like there are a few differences between them.

Is it your DD or a toy?

Isn't the warranty for 100k miles? I see them on the highways down here a lot and I always have to look twice. Nice looking car and well equipped. Best wishes for happy motoring.

CONGRATS MIKE!!!!

From what you were saying this weekend... I knew there would be one in your garage soon...

Just a sad day for HONDA... when Honda fans (with 846,000 miles logged) can't even purchase a new Honda sports car worth while having...

Wake up Honda, your loyal fans are moving on to the new kids on the block with the fun products.

Sadly, there is no new Honda I desire either these days...

Was the S2000 and the NSX the high point for Honda sports cars??? (no hybrids please)

Can't wait to see the new HOT ROD Mike... even though it's from the new "H" on the block.

Seeya,

Jeff
