Mike let it run low on oil. Juuuuussst kidding. It was full of oil.
Hey Mike, this time if there is special oil in the engine, make sure it is the "break in" oil instead of the "break down" oil.

The tech's at Hyundai said they do not use a "break in" oil..... so I plan on changing it at or under 1k miles!
Bought two oil filters when I was at the dealership!
My Hyundai dealerships gives FREE lifetime oil changes or FREE oil filters if you are a DYI guy ........ They tell me there is a customer that has been getting free oil changes since 1997 .....

That would not be a help to Mike. He doesn't drive the car long enough for it to need an oil change.

OK.... new car has been:
clay bar'd
polished
waxed
radar detector hard wired
ipod cables re-wired and hidden
interior 303'd
locking lug nuts on
gear shift knob removed, rattle taken care of, loc-tite'd
bluetooth paired
garage door opener programed (rear view mirror)
added 5 quarts of oil to make sure it doesn't run out
Thats enough for a day.....

I think your S is feeling neglected.

Strange, very strange.

I'm curious having never clay barred a new car. Could you feel a lot of difference? Was the clay getting dirty?

And yes, the clay bar kept getting dirty......
It was probably an overkill doing it... but what the heck... I was bored and felt like bonding with the new car.
