Well ya never know how a dealership does business, or what happens to the money that does come in, sometimes their failures have nothing to do with the product. I have a Hyundai dealer close to me, and I'm preparing to buy a Hyundai, and I would NEVER buy a car from that particular dealer. Every time I go in that place I'm treated like a piece of crap, or worse, completely ignored...

Nissans have been my daily drivers since lets see, about 1992, all pickups for sure, but still, all Nissans.

Arggghhhhh...

The salesman who I bought the car from just called me....

Said he thinks my new (replacement) car was in the lot when he came in....

Turns out it wasn't mine!

Had an AT.....

Why didn't he look, make sure, before calling?

Left a msg for the dealer to call me with an update....

ps...... the salesman is a hyper person..... and it seems like he is really wanting me to be taken care of!

pss...... bet the salesman is talking to himself right now saying... "why the f*ck did I call him!"

psss.... sorry for the French "f*ck"

What the hell...
I can't imagine anybody not taking the extra seconds to look and verify before making a phone call about your car is here
Hope your real car shows up soon

So what are you driving in the meantime, the one with the replaced engine or is that still being worked on and you are in a loaner?

I am sure that he was really excited to think that his customer would be happy. Hopefully, yours will be appearing very soon.

Supposed to hear back from the dealer after they talk to the transport company. They have told me that it is on a transport... but don't have a ETA yet.

Sooner or later it will show up.

Heard today that there are only 6 - 3.8 track coupes with M/T left in the states.... and no more expected for 6-8 weeks at the minimum!

Yippie!!!!!!

Just got a call from the dealer..... the car is on their lot.....

Needs to be cleaned up.... tires swapped out.....

Said I can come by tomorrow afternoon and get the paperwork done.... and drive it home!!

Just made my evening......

And that is on top of that, taking my daughter (getting married Sunday), son and daughter-in-law, Madelyn (grandkid #1), Carson (grandkid#2), mom and dad, sister and brother-in-law, ex-wife and new husband and son out to dinner tonight!

Wish I had gotten the car back today! But... I can live till tomorrow!

ps... I know it sound weird having my ex along for dinner... but my daughter mentioned it to her and she asked if they could come along..... my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids are in town from Charlotte..... so what the heck... the more the merrier!
