This guy's been showing up three times a day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - for the past three days.

I had what I believe is a gray cat bird singing to us just about all weekend. That bird must have been exhausted by the end of the day.

No pics to back up my story.

Nice turkey, Dave.

Went out to fill the main feeder with safflower seed this evening...

Filled the feeder, and before I had it back up on the hook, a baby chickadee landed on the feeder.

I turned the feeder around to see it, and it just looked at me, grabbed a safflower seed and then took off!

Lainey,
When we were staying at a B&B on the big Island of Hawaii, they would put out seed for the puffins. The puffins came in droves. It was amazing to see!

I have a butterfly that I have seen on the HB feeder all day. A 1st and it doesn't look like it's feeding. Any guesses?

Nope.

We did get to watch an Eagle flying over us and around the lake we were fishing on last week. Pretty cool. And, we had Loons so close we worried they might mistake our fishing lures for the real deal.
