I have hummers! I saw one on my back feeder but didn't get a photo. This morning I have one visiting my front feeder and did get a photo or two. I had the feeders up for a week before they showed themselves.

I saw a blue Grosbeak in SC. I don't get any of them in my yard. My hummingbird feeders are out. No slghtings yet.

My neighbors said that they saw Orioles at my feeder while I was at the Dragon but I haven't seen them yet. I do have five Bluebird chicks in one of the houses.

Anyone live where you get these guys at your feeders? Painted Bunting in SC. I got a shot or two away from the feeder, but this one might be sharper. I grabbed it from FB, so not sure how sharp it is here.

Lainey-

I saw one while in Melbourne FL a few years ago. It was at a park, and there must have been 20 photographers chasing it around. What a horrible pic! lol

Since I'm in SC I see painted buntings often and love them. The females are all green and not as showy as the males.

Yesterday I was working on the garage doors and i had all three open.
I came up for a while for a break which turned into a few hours.
When I went back into the garage a bird flew in and up into the area of the garage door opener.
I sort of chased it out and noticed where he'd been. Sure enough they had the start of a nest.
Needless to say that couldn't stay.
