Feeding the Birds

I love the northern flickers. They do come to our suet feeder from time to time. However, by the time I get the camera out, they are gone.

We have flicker's daily but I don't have a fancy camera. And we have a daily possum that R-dog chases every night.

I don't know what's changed here (except a couple of houses have been built recently), but I've been seeing tons of little Ruby Crowned Kinglets both at my feeders (which they never frequented in the past), on my suet feeders and at my fountain. They seem to love hiding in the shrubbery by the fountain and flitting out to feed. They are absolutely adorable little birds and they're super tiny, just a wee bit bigger than hummingbirds. I'm seeing upward of 20+ a day.
