Feeding the Birds
#1271
Seems like I've posted pictures numerous times of our four x four posts with heating duct work around them. We have dozen of squirrels - gray, black, etc. - and none ever get to the suet.

I kind of remember seeing the pics.... just want something easy and more attractive in the back yard.

I don't find them unattractive; maybe I am just use to them and most importantly it works. You could always use your imagination to have them blend in more . . . put bourbon labels on the sides.
PS Lainey, the feeder is back in action - saw half a dozen house finches on it.

Wish I had had the camera handing today.
Had a baby/adolescent squirrel out back today, that appeared to have a broken back leg.
When he/she moved, he/she was just dragging the leg under their body.
It disappeared, and haven't seen it again. Not sure how it would climb a tree to get to its nest!

Aww so sweet. It appears I have friends in high places.
Thanks, Gary.
