The +1 thinks a blue jay is nesting in the bushes near the condo because one flew out of there yesterday. Gotta go check it out. We don't see many of those around, so that would be cool if true.

Question for others, do you leave your feeders up and full all year round? I generally take my main feeder and suet down but leave the finch and hummingbird feeders up. Just wondering.
Keep ours up year round.

We enjoy seeing the birds around all the time.

We keep ours up year round as well; except for the hummingbird feeders.

Hummingbird feeders went up yesterday. I had a "guest" this AM. Love the birds!

Put out the hummingbird feeders after work yesterday. One of them replaces a small seed feeder in front of our kitchen window. I discovered paw prints all over the window. Looks like a Raccoon was trying to empty the seed feeder by standing on a deck rail and put his paw on the window for balance.

I love birds, but hate Doves. Their call is obnoxious and over-repetitive to my ears.
I know, I know, who cares. Wouldn't have shared, but for the picture posted.

A long ways from being my favorite bird, too. The neighborhood has a pair of nesting pair of Cooper's hawks that keeps them in check.

One last photo of my bird feeder's guests. This one is of Crawford, a crow that has become bonded to me.
