Feeding the Birds
#1031
It would appear that our Eastern Bluebird is back at the feeders. I will post pictures shortly and you tell me.

It is a tough bird to get a picture of. More later, I hope.

That's great! Looks blue to me.

I've never seen a blue bird in my yard...Love that nuthatch in the photo too!

Not the greatest photo. Because the birds are very skittish I had to use a tripod with a wireless remote.

I just saw a pair of Bluebirds at the feeder. Nice! The feeders are super active today.

We've only seen a blue bird once or twice; normally, our yard is not to their liking.

Not in my backyard, but not too far. The osprey are back. There were three of them together. Maybe the baby from last year hangs around with Mom and Dad another spring? Taken with the 100-400, but still a bit too far away to get much sharpness after cropping..I also had the zoom on my older less megapixel camera. Won't do that next time we go birding. The osprey are very cool birds!
And these guys doing this are responsible for a nice ding in the hood of my Jeep. Since I work on the waterfront seagulls are plentiful. I don't park my car as close to the building as some, but I got my first ding in the 32 years I've been there.
I should park on the other side of the lot.

Someone had their Easter dinner early. There will be one less blue jay paying us a visit.
