How could the after market unit be "far better"? The ad for the Honda units says: "It’s the ultimate in automotive protection"

I have had a factory alarm since I picked up the car. I think that I would look at an aftermarket, based on the fact that technology has improved immensely since I got my car.

Well let's start with a key fob that will tell me what has been distrubed even when I'm close to a mile away (that's a hell of long way to run if it goes off ). Also the ability to add a seperate ultrasonic module to activate the alarm if someone reaches in the car or slices the top. It also provide the ability to go off at all hours of the night for no reason, waking the entire neighborhood.

I believe that Honda's add on alarn only added a glass break sensor and a timer that would lock the car automatically. Not a great improvement over the factory alarm.
