48224 is completely outside the path of the total eclipse of 2024.
No CORONA for you!
No awesome display of celestial magnificence! (although it WILL get pretty dark there)

Living in New England, we will have some options if we want to view the eclipse. I'm sure all the hotels will be reasonable in pricing...

That's what Ohio is preparing for. THey're putting the money towards pedestrian and highway safety during the eclipse. They're expecting a large influx of tourists which brings extra traffic and people doing strange things.

Looks like the area near Burlington, VT would likely be the best bet for you.

In 2017 I saw the eclipse from Gallatin, TN, right on the centerline. It was pretty awesome but traffic WAS a PITA.
