Drive by bombing
It was a definitely low-tech, low-speed attack, police say.
Steven W. Coleman, 37, allegedly threw two Molotov cocktails made from Budweiser beer bottles, gasoline and rags at his ex-girlfriend's house Saturday night, according to Foster's Daily Democrat newspaper of Dover, N.H.
Neither bomb exploded

Do you think the "culprit" made a mistake by sticking to the street?
Maybe if he went through some yards, he could have escaped?
But then, he would be cutting a path in the grass indicating his directions....

On the other hand his mistake could have been as they say in real estate: Location, location, location. If he had done this on Caye Caulker (an island off the coast of Belize) he may have been able to out run the Cops in their golf cart (complete with light and siren) on his garden tractor.
