As our business grows so do the worries. Liability insurance, $5.00 a gallon diesel (9mpg on our trucks) keeping up with employee concerns, but it's worth it. Working for someone else at this point of my life would be very difficult. Beth and I chuckled, on Tuesday evening we had to bring in our human resource guy to talk to our employees about sexual harassment in the workplace. We had 32 people in attendance. Just nine years ago it was me and her doing this business by ourselves, so when we worry about any of the above we think of those early days. Now, I'll think of Granny
