Sorry, Dave, the info is not accurate. But I do know the neighbors that are friendly but we don't really socialize. We have neighbors across the street and I have been over there to be with their children when workmen were there. (great kids) Matt has also been there for a table delivery.

We have new neighbors moving in next door when their house is finished. They are very nice. He owns a business that is all RC stuff. He also has lots of toys including a Z06.

We live in an area that has a housing restriction so not a lot of neighbors.

I wish we had more neighbor contacts but we just don't have a lot in common with them. (no kids)

Hummmmmmmm, I know ours personally or know of them, as we have lived in the same house nearly 30 years. Our neighborhood information on the site was up-to-date to within the past few months. There were, as I recall, two houses that did not list the owners (one has had the same owner for as long us). But all the others listed were 100% accurate for our neighborhood.

 

Mine seemed very accurate. I found this extremely useful for contacting neighbors of customers for lighting jobs. Royalty checks in the mail.

 

Wow! Phone numbers and all. We don't socialize with our neighbors, but give friendly waves. We are a little more friendly with the neighbor on one side. Rick clears his snow, he brings in our trash cans. Rick recently swapped out a headlight for him on his car. He and his wife often have gifts for our grandchildren at various times during the years, which of course we appreciate. Nice people.

 

Since I am in a condo, I was curious what would come up. About 150 of the 499 units did. Not sure how up to date it is but not a bad link.

 

Neat website and looks like it's pretty accurate for our neighborhood. One major exception is that it's got me living with the previous divorced female owner of our home....She did not have a sterling reputation around here.

Very neat link. In our community there is always building going on so the link is about 6 months behind. The rest of the information is accurate.

Living in an over 55 community of about 1200 homes you do get to know an amazing amout of people. You meet on the golf course, dances, dinners, etc. It does bring back that small town feeling.
