I have my share of aches and pains too. One thing I have done that really made a difference in the aches and pains department was being Rolfed. That got rid of a lot of old aches. I try to do a bit of yoga everyday too.

I watch South Park with CC on...that really makes me feel old, but at least I can understand it. Funny show.

I think the onset of winter always bring out a few aches and pains.

Dare I ask what that is?

Rolf

It's an interesting process with a lot of emotional changes that occur as it goes on.

flts

I watch South Park with my oldest son every week. It's the most clever show on tv these days. Maybe the best show too.

Rob, I think some of this may be the winter doldrums trying to set in. How much you wanna bet we'll feel younger and more energetic in the spring?
You know, Sis, you may be right (big sisters are always right). I've felt tired and sluggish ever since we went back to standard time. There is something about going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark that takes your energy away.

Today we had a cold rain all day. I've been feeling bone chilled since I woke up this morning.

Maybe a dose of sunshine would do us all some good.

I know I always feel more ambitious on a bright sunny day rather than a cloudy day. With the shorter days upon us this could be a reason for being less energized.
