Do you email your spouse or significant other?
I often email Matt to remind him to do something. If I don't he sometimes doesn't remember and says I didn't tell him.
Do you email each other?

Occasionally. And for the same reason. I think Barb wants a written record to deny my plausilble denial.
But usually she just calls me; then makes sure I wrote it down.

No, Rick does not receive email.
He has no interest in it at all.

Tom and I used to e-mail and message each other a lot. We were such geeks...we could be at different parts of the house each on our laptops (I was usually doing school work and he was usually on one of the many forums he belonged to and then a message would pop up like (do you want coffee?) As for the e-mails...he would always run into some type of article that would be of interest about something or other that either I or my students would be interested in and he'd send it to me...and I of course would e-mail him with reminders!

Karen and I usually sit on our back porch, bout a 3' table, and e-mail! the back of our laptops, when folded out are almost touching.
Terrible, I know, but when it is time for lights out, we have our conversations. And we did meet and fall in love on the internet, after all.
She'll text me all the time to make sure I reemmber to stop for milk/bread/eggs/dog food, whatever it is we need.

Twenty times a day!! We've emailed each other for years and years. Sometimes we'll both be sitting and chatting in the home office and I'll see an article or something I think he'd like to read and I'll verbally tell him I'm sending him an email at the office. I always e-mail information about the S2k meets I think we may want to attend, reminders for appointments, subjects of interest, etc. We email quite frequently. I forward email from the kids, etc. so he can read it. I love it.

Occasionally, for quick notes from work or such, or to forward something of interest. I make a habit of calling home about 2:30 or so when Anika should be napping just to check in & see how things are going, let her know when I expect to be home, etc., so emails are usually redundant. Also, Virginija spends too little time at the PC for it to be useful.

The +1 and I email each other at work several times a day. And we sometimes IM if I'm on my laptop in another room while he's on his PC. Just to be cute...

No, not unless she wants to be reminded of something.
