^I watched this for free on Amazon Prime tonight. It was a bit slow but satisfying. I guess I liked it much more than the average reviewers did.

The same can be said for what we watched on Prime last night.

I watched that a couple months ago and liked it, too.

I watched The Highwaymen (Kevin Costner, Woody Harrelson, Kathy Bates). It's a bit slow in tempo but very enjoyable. I learned more about Bonny and Clyde and how their abrupt end came by two Texas Rangers at work. Back then, lawmen gave criminals an opportunity to surrender but if they didn't, lethal force was unleashed.

I just watched Lions for Lambs directed by and with Robert Redford. Excellent movie about choices but it leaves you wondering . . . and if that was the point ... well done. (old movie 2007 on prime)

I watched Mile 22 with Mark Wahlberg. This movie is just too intense from the beginning to the unexpected sad ending. Ronda Rousey did a very good job. John Malkovich is a great actor. I enjoyed the movie.

Mulan-The live action movie starring Liu Yifei made in 2020. Not a great movie, but a very enjoyable movie spinning a nice story of honor, courage, truth and family set in ancient China. I liked Liu Yifel as Mulan. As I said, not a great movie, but a very enjoyable movie. The perfect distraction from watching another night of news. If you have two hours see this movie.

All The King's Men-One of the all time great movies, filmed in glorious black & white in 1949. Starring Broderick Crawford, John Ireland, Joanne Dru and many others to make up a great cast. Loosely told this story of the "King Fish" Huey Long and his rise to power. There are many parallels to what's going on in politics today. A remarkable movie. I've seen it a few times now and when I found out that our library had it I had to see it again. A great movie. I just might watch it again before I have to return it to the library.

If you follow politics, see this movie for the parallels. If you don't follow politics see this movie just to watch great cinema. Either way, if you've never seen it you must see it. If you've seen it see it again. It's well worth the two hours.

For the first time ever I watched a movie on a flight. Denver to Orange County, CA is about 2.2 hours so I didn’t get to see the ending. When I fly back to Denver next week, I will! I just didn't ever use cellphone ear buds before and since I pulled them out of the box that's been sitting on my kitchen counter for 2 months, I found out what they're good for. Southwest has some free TV and movies. I got hooked on their game Bubble Smashers but they took it away with Covid.

BTW, I think this is a useful movie for drinking women to see. I was lucky that I didn't get hurt in two situations when I was around 20. I was drugged by one guy and drove to get away... Another time I was just meeting a guy when he locked the door and I bolted
