I noticed it Saturday evening when I was trying to post an update on our local ride set for Sunday. Tried again Sunday morning and then late in the day.

I got to the home page twice over the weekend before being distracted by something else, so no, I didn't miss it

I think it depends on the shell as well as the choke that you put on your shotgun. I'm sure Dick Cheney thought he'd miss his hunting partner also.

Sorry, I was just reading my latest Newsweek magazine.

I kept cheking back to see if it was working. I missed it a lot. I have no life.

cthree, Ludedude and krazik were at Buttonwillow Raceway with me and 20 other S2ks this weekend... there was nobody left to mind the store.

(needless to say, we didn't miss the site too much while at the track )

I thought it was awfully quiet around here yesterday. I thought that maybe you had all found lives for yourselves and neglected to tell me.

I find it rather surprising that a scientist failed to notice that no one had posted in any forum past 4:00 PM or so on Saturday (depending on your time zone). Should we attribute this obvious lapse to ongoing remodeling or perhaps a lapse in the scientific method?

My own research has uncovered that cthree was at the track all weekend; however he closed the thread before I could ask if he was driving, watching, or betting.

I'm going to refer to this episode henceforth as "Blank Sunday". It may be a ploy to encourage all of us to pony up for Gold membership.

I could be wrong. I still think Oswald wasn't the only shooter.

Neither one. We took a ride to Tampa yesterday to listen to a pair of speakers I want to buy. I wasn't online much all weekend and I rarely visit the other forums on S2KI because this one is the only one that matters.

I learned that I can spell "W I T H D R A W A L"

I also got frustrated on Saturday night when I came up with a witty response to someone's post only to have it get lost in cyberspace.
