Daylight Savings? Does your state do it?

[QUOTE=JonasM,Oct 30 2006, 04:11 AM]Finally got back to it. A very good film...
On subject, Anika managed to sleep until her alarm clock went off. Phew! I was expecting a wake-up call form her about 5:45am. That would not have been fun.
We've usually seen it take her at least a month to adjust to the new schedule - those little ones have very body clocks that are very tough to change. Hopefully it will be easier now that she's older.

I was there a little more than two weeks this time. It snowed a number of times on the La Platas and San Juans north of us. Wolf Creek opened a week ago already for skiing. The higher mountains have tons of snow. It's a beautiful time of year there. It had also rained for five days in a row right before I got there. I had a great time, but worked hard repairing the cistern and cutting wood for the winter. Tara had a great time, too.

Yes. It's 10:23, and it's been dark for 5 hours. But I do prefer to wake up to daylight.
I've got no say in the matter, so I'll just look forward to December 22nd or 23rd when the days start getting longer again.

I don't look forward to December 23rd, I look forward to December 26th (bah humbug), the days getting long IS a big bonus.
