The Jeep stays.
I'd like to say that the crusher is on its way but there is no need to. As the price of a gallon of gasoline continues to increase you'll probably change your mind about the Jeep and get rid of it on your own long before the crusher is scheduled to get there.

^^ If memory serves, Jeeps are considered mini-suvs and are a great deal smaller than the normal sized SUVs. Jim has a grand cherokee (at least 1/3 smaller than most of the suvs on the highway) and logs 20+ mpg on the highway. It uses low octane fuel as well. I have a min-suv that is used for grocery shopping, hauling dogs, kids or whatever. It too gets very good gas mileage and is very inexpensive to keep and logs less than 8k miles a year. Those smaller suvs are not as fuel-hungry as one may think.

What is the average milage that you actually get in day to day driving? I'd guess it's no more than 17 mpg.

1. For your friends with 4 and 5 kids,....... They should have been thinking about these kind of things when they decided to have that large a family.
Rob, I wish life and the answers to all of its questions were as clear from where I sit as they are from where you sit. I can't imagine how it must feel to be as self-righteous and arrogant as you are. And since I don't really enjoy using the ignore button, I've decided yet again that your self-righteousness and arrogance are ample reason for me to avoid this forum.

Continue to rule in good health, and your unerring (to you) "Rob Judgment" on every issue. I wish you the best and hope nothing ever happens to knock you off of your giant pedestal.

Its not arrogance or self rightiousness at all. Its the simple fact that people make choices and they need to be thinking about the ramifications of the choices that they make.

All I know is that I saw $4.05 for hi test coming in this morning at a BP station. I thought we had more time before seeing this, and especially not this particular weekend coming up.

My final comment for which the moderators can ban me from the site because IT IS meant as a personal attack and I don't give a rat's ass. You are indeed arrogant, self-righteous, closed-minded person who is full of shit, think you know what's best for everyone, and as much fun to communicate with as trying to have an intelligent conversation with an oak tree.

When you were in the process of conceiving your children, were you thinking about what type of vehicle you would require? Are you a member of a catholic church that preaches go forth an multiply? Do those that have 4-5 children offset those of us who have none? Don't bother to answer because I won't be listening. My life feels lighter already knowing you won't be in it!

Damn I hope I get banned!

Down girl, as the wife of a CO, you can't go around doing this. We're SUPPOSE to be one big happy family who disagrees from time to time. Besides, I'm the only one who's supposed to get banned around here. Quit stealing my thunder!
