Matt, looks like some central valley guys in California. Gomarlins is one of the ones listed in the beginning. He's one of our Vintage guys who used to live in or near Sacramento (where I met him) but he and his wife moved to Idaho.

Actually, the video tells you who created it in the credits. It's ConeKiller (Brian Lum) from Central Cali.
