Overvalued Housing
Gas is coming down, and maybe housing will, too, at least in some places. I reckon I'm also on that list somewhere.

I know values in our area have come down, though I don't think we were ever as overvalued as some areas.
I do know that the modest houses in our neighborhood are selling for the same or less than they were 2-3 years ago. It's a buyer's market right now in our area.
