IMHO, Christmas.
Sadly, most people look with a blank stare when you explain the religious meaning behind Christmas (and Easter). The dates are insignificant, but it's the REASON for those holidays which is important (to many of us). However in today's "PC" world, we now must refer to Christmas as just part of the "Winter Holidays."
