My self Christmas present will probably come in February of next year. I have all ready put in my claim (with the wife) for a 52" 1080P LCD HDTV and blue ray player. I asked for a Sony PS3 for Christmas, but not sure I will get it as I also asked for an Escort Passport 9500Ci radar detector (friggin speed cameras)
In any case, I have been told that the best prices for tv's is right after the Superbowl, so that's when I will strike. I'm sure I will buy a blu-ray player with the TV - if I don't get the PS3 for Christmas.

So I caught some after Christmas sales today for more presents for myself.
$154.00 got me plenty at JC Penney. I got a leather jacket, a fleece jacket (both great for top down rides) three lightweight sweaters, three long sleeve shirts, a corduroy blazer and some colorful costume jewelry.
According to my sales slip, I "saved" $334.00 today.
I'm sure some of the items were over priced to start, but none the less, a good shopping trip.

For years I've stood by the dremel tools and looked and fondled them but could never bring myself to part with the cash for one.
So a day or two before christmas my wife tells me she wanted a dremel for christmas.
Some choices are just easier than others
today I bought an attachment to sharpen the lawn mower blade with it.
looking at the chain saw attachment.
is this bad that I am sharing in her joy?
