Christmas gift confessions...

BTW, with my new computer and camera I am going to really learn Photoshop. Oh, I also ordered Photoshop CS4. I have a class starting in January that meets 6 hours a week for 16 weeks. This time I should have success. I've tried twice before but never had the program to play with and had to go use the college computer lab. The teachers were no help. I am determined to get it this time.

I bought 278 gallons of heating oil, does that count?
We bought oil today too., 96.5 gallons, hope they don't charge me that $25.00 fee for under 100 gallons. $2.06/gallon, BTW.

What was the price/gallon the last time you bought it, Lainey?
A huge relief for those heating with oil, especially those on fixed incomes. Winter seems to have arrived a bit early as far as temperatures. We've been running the heat for a while now.

Home Depot had them $100 off, and a lifetime service warranty. I couldn't resist.
Also:
New Bluetooth Mouse for the laptop
Assorted DVDs

I'm single, so I don't have the wife to blame...
Bought myself a 32" HD flat/wide screen for the new apartment.
I have barely had time to watch it though!
Shows broadcast in high def are clearer than real life

I bought myself a new Dell computer. It was supposed to come Friday but they tried to deliver it today while I was getting my S's oil changed. My son made me do it. He was here on Thanksgiving and told me what I needed and didn't need.
I'm also going to buy a Canon 40D camera and two lenses as soon as I find the best deal with a reputable company.

I've had those for several years; long enough that one battery crapped out. I'm sold, because Home Depot had replacement batteries. Additionally, if you want to spend the money on batteries and charger, the Ryobi Lithium Ion batteries fit those tools.
I didn't think much of the flashlight when I bought the set, but I find it surprisingly useful. I also like the hand-held vacuum ("Tough Sucker") that uses that battery.
