Ir you are used to standing on gas mid-way through a corner you might want to rethink that if take a new Vette for a test drive.
Every now and then I take +1's vette out for a little spin. It really handles well, but with all that torque, I can leap out of the driveway from a dead stop in fourth gear. I have to reallllly watch the speed, but it does handle well and the feel is similar to that of the S, except for the excess power. I'd never drive it at high speeds though. If I were a power junky, I'd go for a vette and if I ever replace the S (which I probably never well), I'd consider a corvette. The new vettes are very, very comfortable.

Like I said, mine will replace my S2000. My S2000 is not a daily driver, it's a track/autox car which is exactly what the corvette will be so performance first, comfort LAST by a long shot!

I will always have a second car for daily driving - that car will have the comfort items....

If I've told you once, I've told you a billion times; don't exagerate.
