Cheap airfares

Southwest uses Air Tran from DCA (National), so I'm checking that one. I am willing to fly from DCA or IAD (Dulles), but not BWI (Baltimore). Prefer non-stop, but will consider one stop. So that costs more. Even with the cheaper fare sites, I'm not seeing much below $660. So no great savings, I'm afraid.

$660.00 each? Pricey. Air fare really has gone up. For the heck of it, I looked at Providence to Phoenix on Southwest last night. It's been about six years since we took an airplane flight, and the price was more than double.
Hope you find something, Deb.

Price wise it might be hard to beat S/W airlines, but another one to consider is Virgin airlines.

If you think USAir is bad, be glad you don't have to fly on this Russian airlines.
