I also got the pedestrian one wrong, but I agree with my answer more than their's.

I put that they have right of way all the time and the test said that they have right of way at crosswalk and intersections only (painted or not painted). But honestly, if you hit a pedestrian anywhere on the road, the driver is always going to be at blame for it, so that answer to me is nonsense.

Yeah, I got the pedestrian one wrong the first time, too. You hit a pedestrian, you had better not have seen them, whether or not they were crossing the street illegally. So, that means they always have the right of way no matter what.
