That's Hawksnest Bay, on St. John, USVI. We had the beach to ourselves that morning. Here's another shot from the same spot.

No brainer.
Cold. I can put on enough clothing to keep out the cold. I can only take off so much (and is illegal and ill advised in many cases).
Extreme cold doesn't make everything on me wet to the touch when I travel outside.
Although membership here is not typically of child bearing age, a mans body can deal better with extreme cold, better than extreme heat can still be fertile

I don't mind the cold so much as long as it is NOT windy! To me, one can always put more layers on to deal with the cold and we keep our house at about 65* F in the winter. We enjoy sleeping with flannel sheets and two down comforters. We also keep the house around 68-70* during the summer months. Yes those triple pane, quadruple coated, argon gas filled (high dollar) windows really did help with our all electric house's utility bill.
The bottom line is: If one is cold put more layers on, sweaters, etc. But, when one is sitting naked and still sweating like a pig, there is NOTHING to take off. We do not do well in the heat.
