If for quantity - IC Light (although I hear the brewery may soon be shutting down).

If for quality - hmmm, toss up. Old Speckeled Hen or St Peters Ale.

Domestic: Today it's MGD (drinking one as I type), for the last six months it was Bud Light, for the six months prior to that it was Coors Light, for the six months prior to that it was Rolling Rock, etc. You may think I kidding but I'm not. I get tired of drinking the same beer after several months. At my local pub they just shake their head when I walk in and say OK what is it tonight?

Imports: The first ones that come to mind are: Harp if I am only going to have a couple. Warsteiner if they have it on tap. Negra Modelo (dark ale) if I am eating Mexican. Labatts is always good.

All said and done, I guess I like variety as long as they are not micro-brews.

Cool, I'm going to Taiwan in a couple of weeks. I gotta try it. I'm from Taiwan (born there), been back many times visiting, but have never had Taiwan Beer.

I'm a wine person but drink a beer about once a week during the summer. Dos Equis is one I like a lot. I'm happy with a Bud Light when camping, though I usually take a corkscrew when we camp and end up picking up a bottle of wine at a local store.

Try it. It's good and it's cheap compared to your other choices

Are you going to be in Taipei?

I'm not a beer drinker, but the +1 likes Yeungling and Guiness, which he hadn't had in years before having a few at the Redskins Touchdown Club last weekend. Probably others, but I forget what they are right now. Maybe he'll post, since he has a screen name now (Vitito).
