I've eaten at B's and it is good. My only problem was arriving late (12:30) and there was only chicken left.

Lockhart, TX is known for its Old Texas German and Texas Czech barbecue [sic]. The Lonestar Club S2000 group occasionally do BBQ runs that take us through Lockhart. Black's BBQ is one of several places. Then there is Kreuz's Market BBQ and Smitty's BBQ, all in downtown Lockhart. Sometimes we go from one BBQ place to the other and still make it back to Houston.

Dixson Bar-B-Q in Knoxville, TN.

It's a little hole in the wall, but the brisket was amazing, as well as the pineapple sweet tea. The pulled pork was great, too.
