BTW -- Granny -- I was wondering where you were and thinking about sending a pm to see if you were ok -- I'M GLAD YOU'RE BACK. It would simply cause me to have a if you vanished from the Board -- How would we plan our attack on those OHIO boys? Klassy, Perky & I can't do this alone .

OK...I think this basically started from the thread below, where banning WRS2K was discussed.

I raised the question of banning based on the ignore list. Read this thread and draw your own conclusions. Erik must have been thinking about it because the thread above was started on 12/31 and the ignore list thread on 1/7.

I think it did come from a wrs2k discussion. I guess one of the reasons i think we should let them go at it is that they are mostly kids er...young men. When i was that age, I thought I was king. I sounded off once in awhile. I stuck my nose in where it didn't belong and got it bit oif a few times. ok enough euphamisms or whatever those are called.
Anyway I've always figured that one of the virtues of cyber communication is it's ability to transcend age walls. I guess I don't like the stratification. Thats one of the reasons I asked that my vintage badge be removed although I'm a member.
I think that people learn to live with other people by communicating.
I understand the board owners right to do what they like with their investment but I don't think it makes a better board.
Maybe if we could pass out stars as well as ignores? you get so many silver stars and you get a gold one next to your name.

And, no, WRS2K wasn't banned from the boards completely. He WAS restricted to the PacNW forum only as a measure to give him an opportunity to show that he understands the issue and will play nice with others.
However, during the process of the ill-conceived thread about banning him he seems to have opted to leave the board under his own power...at least for now.
